      I work through a unique combination of posture and gait analysis, movement therapy, and awareness building exercises to give you a bespoke program of self care that I guide and support you through. Programs are informed by functional movements for your lifestyle and the goals you may have-or want to set-for overall health and fitness, personal growth,
or life transitions.

Remote Sessions

For folks who don’t live in NYC, or can’t fit travel to Manhattan into their schedule,
I offer many different options for remote programs
